Wildhorn's 'Rudolf' - asking for help

Наконец решила заинтересоваться (давно пора, все руки не доходили). После краткого поиска нашла несколько записей. Очень бы хотелось с помощью старших товарищей в них разобраться.

Первая загруженная - явно студийная, помеченная словом felvonás. Состав:

Всего в двух папках двадцать пять песен, но далеко не у всех адекватные названия - и порядок тоже немного перепутан.

Дальше (только что докачалось) досталось с пометкой MAZS.VAGOZS - по звучанию, бутлег. Состав:

Larisch grófnő - Peller Anna
Taaffe - Homonnay Zsolt

Первый диск - девятнадцать; второй - пятнадцать песен. Слава Богу, оказались подписаны - теперь попозже смогу и в предыдущем варианте по-человечески порядок и теги расставить.

И, наконец, есть у них еще некий Dolhais_Rudolf, три файла на рапидшаре. Мне интересно, что это из себя представляет и стоит ли его брать. Если это официалка (хоть живая, хоть студийная - в принципе, все равно) - возьму обязательно; иначе воздержусь.

Ну и, наконец, по поводу "как оно". Чудесно! Очень приятная музыка. Пока больше всего понравилась первая песня Лариш - такая задорная! Теперь я знаю еще одного кандидата на место в моем плеере в Мюнхене;)

Вот здесь (и дальше по ссылкам в конце страницы) именно этой версии тексты. На этом же сайте есть другие, и вообще о мюзикле, и вообще о других... Разве что на инглише

Обещал рассказать о своих впечатления о мюзикле… Пишу сюда.

Честно говоря, сначала не понравилось - с трудом дослушал. В смысл активно не углублялся, но понимал, что общей картины не вырисовывается, уж очень отрывочно шло повествование. Немало времени потребовалось мне, чтобы понять - по привычке стоит «shuffle» в плеере, а отключить его я, ессесено, забыл. Потом переслушал в нормальном формате - понравилось! Вот такие вот казусы бывают :)
А что ещё можешь посоветовать? Раз уж начал, надо бы более полно с творчеством Уайлдхорна познакомиться.

I am so glad for you! But you should tell me what you most beloved songs there are. And did you pay much attention to lyrics and the way they pronounce it (this Cockney sound of Lucy, and so on...)
More for you to know: Lucy's part here is sung by LInda Eder, a great musical star - and the composer's wife))

You see, most of my musical affections go to German musicals - or German-language versions of English musicals. If you don't mind the language - for I myself listen to them in Hungarian, for example, - I would advise you quite a number. For instance, another Wildhorn's production, "Dracula" is great in German - but in the English recording the music (the arranging, I mean) is so poor... not all the singers nice... If you got interested, tell me, for the recording isn't on jukebox, I'll give you the link. Moreover, here I'm even making efforts to decipher and understand the libretto... if the sendspace links in my further entries are alive, I advise you to get these several songs. And further on German musicals... but better to leave that for later:)

I'm glad also that you like Wildhorn in general - I like him as well. However, I have to warn you that he rather often repeats himself - so don't be surprized when it seems to you that some tune rings a bell:) My second favourite musical of his is "Scarlet Pimpernel" - a availiable on jukebox.

If you haven't heard that before - then, for sure, you need "The Phantom of the Opera". But - Achtung, Achtung! - ONLY Original London Cast, for God's sake, not that terrible recording with Butler. On jukebox there are only highlights of it, but on infostore.org you can look for the complete version with this cast. Yeah, and Sarah Brightman there is (or, rather, was) Webber's wife))

And, last - but probably not least - "Les Miserables" are a great work. My advice: Original Broadway recording (in English) or Mogador Cast (if you'd like it in French). I also like Complete Symphonic, for in this version they didn't leave any piece of dialogue - but there they have serious problems with leading female voices... So probably what I've said above is better.
