... so a nice occasion to post some more photos!
These were taken on Friday, the first of August. Just after classes our teacher, Berthold, took us on a long walk along the river Isar to the south of the city - out of the city, actually. Surely, there was a visit to a Biergarten on that occasion! Even to two of them. One is famous for its live jazz music (unprecedented for a Biergarten!), the other, as we were told, hold for several years (for a decade, if I am not mistaken) the title of the best one in and around Munich. So - there was a little fall of rain, but during most time the sun was shining brightly, the river was radiating its rays, the wild rocky woods with beeches reminded me of my beloved Carpathians. And the beer was just as bitter and fresh as it should, and the cabbage and sausages and pretzle so delicious...

Don't you dare thinking that there was but beer on this tour! We did see a very important historical building. Here is the very cottage which Ludwig I presented to his mistress Lola Montez for their secret meetings. A politically important cottage, then!
